"In 2007, I began making grain-free homemade treats out of my kitchen for my Boston Terrier, Sophia. This was a necessity because Sophia had recently been diagnosed with diabetes and she also had many food allergies. In the process of researching high quality grain-free and hypoallergenic foods and treats, I noticed the need for grain-free treats to be made at a higher standard. I began consulting with select pet store owners and my holistic DVM to come up with a treat recipe that would suit Sophia as well as other dogs. The result of that research led to the creation of Green Pawz Organics premium treats."
