A New Year for your Pet

Happy New Year!!

The New Year is a great time to include our furry family members in our goals. Still, many goals are difficult to keep! We all get busy, sometimes so busy that even keeping a dental appointment can be tricky! Yet, when it comes to those who are totally dependent on us, we should consider their care and keeping as we would our children. We have a responsibility to our pets, and hopefully we can all better ourselves this upcoming year.

1). Yearly vet visit -- none of us like going to the Dr., however the wellness visits are so important. Seeing your vet regularly can help save hundreds, even thousands, down the road.

2) More Time -- like my kids, each pet asks for my attention. Maybe an increase in playtime is in order? longer walks? Play dates, or simply a good brushing each morning. A pets happiness will return to us 100-fold :)

3). Explore healty options - Maybe our pet needs a diet revisit. If they are getting older, perhaps a natural supplement to promote eye health, joint mobility or coat sheen. We can help.

4). Be a voice -- In this economy, many people are finding themselves unable to pay for pet food, or pet care. Donating our time or money to a neighbor in need will go a long way to help pets stay in their family home. Additionally, volunteering our time and money at local shelters is a wonderful way to provide animals with a loving touch, the warmth of a soft voice and a gentle touch, something these sweet animals need so much of; even if only once a day.

So as we look at our new year, lets all consider doing a bit more to help those who can't help themselves. Wether it's those in our own home, in our neighbor's home, or in our local shelter.

Happy New year to All our Nature's Pet Customers!
